Our manufacturing is based on the Linde & Claude cryogenic process developed in 1930s. It has since been constantly innovated with newer advances in cryogenic technologies. We have also entered into a partnership with an acclaimed Italian air separation plant manufacturing company for technology and design transfer. The plants can generate oxygen with purity up to 99.7%, which is sufficient for medical and industrial applications. Our plants generate nitrogen as a 2nd product with purity up to 99.9%, which is adequate for all types of industrial and scientific applications.

Our company is known for having the largest manufacturing and testing facilities in the Delhi NCR region. The facility is equipped with modern technologies and tools for designing and fabrication of air separation plants. We also have an in-house R&D centre staffed by our experts which studies market trends for getting the pulse of customers requirements as well as keeping a tab on the evolving technologies. This is required in order to be able to manufacture and supply the latest style products as per preferences of clients. The plants and equipment is rigorously tested after fabrication to check for flaws.

After the plant machinery is approved for delivery, the shipping department starts packaging and readies it for shipment to the destinations of customers. After the shipment reaches the destination our engineers and technicians visit the client site of for installation and commissioning. They start up the plant and demonstrate its operations. Client’s staff is also given training in running the plant machinery. Although the plants are fully automated yet there are many components that require manual intervention including change of oil or filters.
